   If you will operate from premises, including a space you are about to lease Ask whether your specific use is permitted at the exact address, before money changes hands. A zoning answer after a signed lease is information; before, it is a decision you can still make.

3. Have these ready
   • Your state business license number from SilverFlume (most jurisdictions ask for it)
   • The physical address you will operate from, and whether it is zoned for your use
   • Whether you will have signage, employees on site, or customer parking
